Overall Responsibilities:
- To provide support and assistance to customers and other staff members.
- To present a professional image to all customers
- To teach people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming techniques and skills and build their confidence within the water.
- To ensure the safety of all those in your care.
Main Duties:
- To plan and deliver lessons according to skill set/age of students
- Identify individuals abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
- Correct incorrect swimming techniques and through evaluation and positive feedback help to improve performance
