Job Description
This is 40hr a week, £23,795.20 a year
Overall Responsibilities:
- To provide support and assistance to customers and other staff members.
- To present a professional image to all customers
- To ensure the safety of all those in your care.
Main Duties:
- Monitor activities in the pool area to prevent accidents and provide assistance as needed
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure safety of all guests
- Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Qualifications:
- Must be NPLQ fully qualified or about to achieve this
- Level 2 qualification in relevant subject
- English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve this at work
